About the TRANZACT Business Team
The business team owns the P&L and drives the results of our organization by working with our key stakeholders to increase profitability for TRANZACT. Our teams are comprised of passionate individuals who work together to produce valuable results by taking initiative, thinking outside the box, and having a “make it happen” attitude. As a member of the account team at TRANZACT, a Willis Towers Watson company, you will be tasked with building out the marketing strategy to drive quality leads to our sales center agents. 

How the Position Works
The Lead Marketing Analyst will work closely with the marketing team and business owners to manage and optimize lead flow while executing on the agreed upon strategy to deliver GOP targets. They will own the end-to-end lead funnel, including implementation, lead flow/distribution, lead follow up processes, documentation, adoption of best practices, and measurement.

The specific responsibilities of the role include: 

• Gather campaign requirements and translate business needs into an executable lead distribution strategy
• Make real time adjustments (when possible) to the lead management system to ensure various lead end users maintain stable lead supplies 
• Analyze conversion rates, and implement changes to optimize the number of working leads and opportunities generated to improve profitability 
• Provide daily updates to marketing team of campaign performance
• Proactively lead weekly performance briefs with team
• Dive deep into campaign performance data; guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify performance trends, optimize campaigns to achieve results, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and execute optimization and growth strategies
• Work with business and finance teams on budgeting and forecasting
   

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business Management)
• 5+ years of marketing experience (direct marketing experience preferred but not required)
• Prior experience in creating and executing digital marketing strategies a plus
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to analyze performance trends – draw insights based on data
• Strong communication skills – ability to work with junior to senior level executives
• Ability to navigate in fast paced environment
• Strong and effective decision-making skills
• Solution oriented; innovative – ability to solution marketing & sales challenges
• Management experience – ability to train and develop junior members of team
• Leadership skills – ability to remain productive and focused during times of adversity
• Ability to ideate, strategize, vet and/or debate opportunities with marketing
