The Segment

Overview
This is a structured and holistic 2-year fast track talent development program. Successful candidates will undergo The Insurance Management Associate Programme (iMAP) which offers training opportunities (both in class as well as on-the-job) and tertiary level industry recognized professional qualifications, whilst gathering valuable work experience. The program includes cross-functional rotations, mentorship, skills-based courses, online learning, skills-based learning contents such as Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, Communicating With Confidence, Improving Your Listening Skills, Building Your Resilience, and Mindful Impactness. At the end of the programme, you would also have obtained an international insurance qualification awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK. iMAP also provides structured post-programme career development with a view to leadership.
The Role
• Be exposed to a wide range of learning opportunities focused on client and business solutions including Regional Network management
• Collaborate with WTW network offices to drive development of new business in the region
• Develops and communicates an understanding of client businesses in the region by conducting and research by specific industry, prepare benchmarking studies and create risk maps
• Work with and support the team by managing day-to-day aspects on account management tasks, including billing transactional work, in-house system, generating and coordinating calendars and timelines, liaising with various WTW offices and external clients
• Ensure compliance with WTW best practices
