The Role
Responsible for coordinating and maintaining the overall administration of the Fine Art and Specie team and providing timely, accurate assistance to the team and our clients:
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks so to assist all team members and clients in a timely manner.
• Responsible for client onboarding administration and corresponding compliance procedures
• Track and maintain documentation & client changes to policies
• Liaise with Finance to manage client and insurer billings
• Maintain files for accounts including writing account summaries, compiling, calculating and recording
• Assist in preparing documentation to present to underwriters (slips, excel spreadsheets etc), together with documentation and presentations to clients
• Confident to be able to communicate with HNW individuals and stake holders in the Fine Art and Luxury Brand Industries
• Strong attention to detail & able to work in a fast pace environment
• Opportunity to develop into a client facing role and having responsibility for clients and business development
The Requirements
• Degree level or equivalent
• 2 Years insurance working experience
• Fluent in English (required) with Cantonese (+ another language) preferred
• A team player with “can do attitude”, flexible, good time management, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, forward thinking and responsible
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent Organisation skills
• Proficient to use Microsoft Power Point / Word and Excel.
