    Client Advisor

    WTW is currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our team in Espoo, Finland. 

    Would you like to help drive the growth of a global company that works with 86% of the Fortune Global 500? We are a small team with high expertise. WTW Corporate Risk & Broking provide a broad range of risk advice and insurance broking services to clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations

    The role 

    As a Client Advisor at WTW, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing them with expert guidance and innovative solutions to address their unique challenges. You will play a pivotal role in building strong client’s relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to their success. 

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions across our portfolio of services.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement. 
    • Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and meeting client expectations. 
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments that may impact clients, providing timely insights and guidance. 

    Qualifications

    About you

    • Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics or Finance.
    • 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients at all levels of an organization.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
    • Fluent in English and Finnish.
