    Description

    The Role

    • Support Delivery Governance Policies and Procedures
    • Manage and lead complex enterprise technology projects through all project lifecycle phases
    • Produce status reporting to project skateholders, including RAID logs
    • Lead project review meetings on assigned projects
    • Management reporting including status reports, and financial statements on assigned projects
    • Control and manage Project budgets upto $1m
    • Build and manage project plans, schedules and teams
    • Construct robust business cases for Senior Stakeholder and Executive reviews and approvals
    • Provide guidance and assistance to internal and external customers regarding the project methodology Delivery processes, etc.
    • Support continuous improvement to processes and procedures e.g. project management and financial reporting
    • Establish strong working relationship with the line-of-business and outsourcing providers

    Qualifications

    The Requirement

    • Minimum 5years experience in coordinating and managing infrastructure technology projects
    • Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating business requirements into technical specifications. 
    • Interpersonal skills to maintain and develop relationships at all levels within Willis Towers Watson and with the outsourcing providers
    • Detail oriented with focus on producing high quality work
    • Experience taking initiative and working proactively to complete tasks, solve problems and making decisions
    • Ability to absorb a lot of information at one time and quickly prioritize the most important points
    • Ability to work independently and manage own workload 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize

    Desirable

    • Industry recognized Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2)
    • Experience of working in IT environment
    • An understanding of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process / disciplines
    • Microsoft suite of tools and Project Portfolio Management tools
