    Description

    Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Hangzhou/Nanjing

    The Role

    • Develop, executing and managing branch strategy and action plan to achieve the production budget and engagement target.
    • Prepares submission/coverage specifications and submits proposals to carriers
    • Receives quotes from carriers and negotiates for the best program for clients, including but not limited to coverage comparisons
    • Preparation and finalization of Carrier and Client quotes & coverage confirmations to ensure contract certainty
    • Binds carrier quotes and obtains binders and coverage confirmations.
    • Maintain and develop business relationships with specific key partners
    • Initiate and organize events , seminars, training for the key partners 
    • Maintains account documentation and correspondence ensuring internal audit compliance

     

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • College degree or above, preferably majoring in Finance, Economics, International Trade   Insurance, or Law.
    • 5-10 years of relevant working experience. 
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English. 
    • Good communication skill and open minded
    • Details oriented and highly sensitive to data, the solid EXCEL, PPT skill is a must
    • Capabilities to deliver independently with reliable performance
    • Adapted to travel
    • A robust team player with mature customer servicing skills
