    Description

    The Role

    • Support the end-to-end operational network infrastructure within client 24×7
    • You will be responsible for working through network issues escalated by ServiceDesk to ensure scalable, maintainable, and highly available network service that meets business objectives and SLAs.
    • Monitor network dashboards, analyze problems, troubleshoot escalated incidents, and coordinate and report all operational information concerning the enterprise network infrastructure.
    • Restoration of service and the completion of root cause analysis of all incidents, driving actions to mitigate the root cause and remove the risk of reoccurrence.
    • Support the delivery of all Operational processes, policies, standards, and procedures across WTW
    • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing customer expectations

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology strongly preferred, or relevant industry experience in a related field
    • Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in BPO, IT or Telecoms industry
    • Experience in LAN, WAN and Wireless management experience. 
    • Experience in Cisco Meraki would be an advantage.
    • Experience in Network Operations Incident, Change & Problem Management principles
    • Experience in ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
    • Technical/professional qualifications: CCNA advantage but not required
    • Experience in working in a collaborative environment
    • Ability to blend creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills for refining existing concepts or developing new approaches.
    • Ability to enable changes in the business processes and the ability to work cooperatively with stakeholders and peers is essential.
    • Ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.
    • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively with less supervision.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Willing to work on a rotating shift and holidays.
