The Role
Willis Towers Watson is a leading global broking, advisory and solutions company. The business in Ireland provides a wide range of services including insurance broking, financial advice, management consultancy, actuarial and investment solutions.
The company currently has an open position for a Technical Support Assistant to work as a member of the Risk, Excellence & Client Asset Account Team.
• Processing payments on multiple trust accounts including a MiFID Regulated conglomerate bank account daily.
• Preparation of daily reconciliation in line with Central Bank requirements & deadlines
• Preparation of Monthly MCAR Submissions
• Assisting with updating Client Asset Management Plan
• Importing data from online banking systems
• Liaising with Internal and External Auditors
• Analyse financial reports and forecast trends to support strategic planning
• Preparation of meeting packs and documents for Board Meetings and Monthly management meetings
• Updating and maintaining MI Logs
• Processing monthly billing via Oracle
• Uploading Reports to Internal & External Systems
The Requirement
Strong analytical ability with a qualification in numeric discipline such as maths, finance or accounting

At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools, and environment you need to be successful. Our standard working hours are 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, (9 am - 5 pm). Most of our colleagues work in a” hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in-office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role, and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution.
