    Description

    WTW Treasury is responsible for the Company’s liquidity, foreign exchange, credit, interest rate and treasury operational risks on a global scale. The candidate will work to manage the daily liquidity and foreign exchange requirements of the Global Treasury Company and is expected to own the intercompany loan hedging program as well as carrying out these derivative trades. The candidate will also lead key initiatives within Global Treasury, including IT, transformation and continuous improvement projects.

    The Role

    Major Accountabilities

    The areas to be covered by this role will include:

    • Management and execution of the daily foreign exchange and intercompany hedging
    • Daily global cash and investment management & analysis, including cash pool management
    • Key participant in loan portfolio management:
      - Daily portfolio activities
      - Contributor to the Credit Committee
    • Key participant in Treasury transformation projects, including:
      - IT2 integration
      - Cash management structures rollout
    • Key contact for banking partners and the Treasury back office
    • Market data management

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Be educated to degree level or equivalent.
    • Have experience of working in Treasury front office and market facing roles.
    • Front office dealer, managing cash liquidity, FX and investments.
    • Understanding of in-house banking structures.
    • Be able to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
    • Possess strong analytical, excel and IT skills.
    • Will have the drive to get tasks done by immovable deadlines without losing attention to detail.
    • Fluent in English (C1/C2)
    • Knowledge of SAGE XRT and Oracle are an asset
