CHARGE DE CLIENTELE (H/F)

The Role
You will work as a client facing consultant with project management responsibilities in projects that help client organizations enable business strategies and improve how they attract, retain and engage talent. This will include, but not be limited to, the following:
The requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in for example (but not limited to) business administration, HR, psy-chology etc.
• +4 years in management consulting experience
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa is advantageous
• You are extremely curious about what makes people tick and you are eager to help them thrive in their job and organization.
• You are good impacting and influencing to convince people with ideas and good practices and you have strong abilities in sales
• You are good at building relationships, both internally and externally.
• You deliver top quality, you are proactive and flexible and you show a can do mentality. You are enthusiastic, a team player, creative and able to think out of the box.
• Your English is sophisticated; additional language skills will be a plus.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients from the beginning.
• You have availability to work remotely and client based; you enjoy travelling for work
