Qualifications

Requirements: 

Everyone in the team will be there to help you learn and grow throughout your time on the apprenticeship programme. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:

  • A-Level qualified, with at least three A’Levels or equivalent
  • Enthusiasm for marketing and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.  
  • Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.  
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort asking questions.  
  • Creativity, curiosity and a positive attitude. 
  • Ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks. 
  • A keen interest in new media and technologies. 
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Over the course of 16 months, alongside the responsibilities of your role, you will also complete a programme of study which will be a combination of assignments, coursework and exams. Whilst WTW and the selected government approved training provider, will equip you with all of the materials required, six hours per week to focus on your studies, and the support of a tutor, you will need to ensure that you are meeting all key milestones set out at the beginning of your apprenticeship and achieving the standards required, both academically and in your role. Workstyles: 

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with two days in the office each week, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow apprentices.
