We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our Incoming Business Unit (IBU) team and help us deliver outstanding service and results to our valued clients across the UK and internationally. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team that manages the UK interests of WTW clients domiciled overseas.

The Role
• Responsible for a portfolio of clients with accountability for retention of clients and portfolio growth.
• Act as a primary point of contact for UK businesses of WTW clients domiciled overseas.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders and the WTW Global Network.
• Work closely with the IBU team and collaborate across business units to provide seamless service.
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions that reflect clients’ evolving needs and risk profiles.
• Support clients with technical advice, drawing on internal expertise as needed.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base.
• Coordinate with the Service team in Ipswich to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Lead and deliver the end to end ongoing client service leveraging support from brokers and technical teams, as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.
• Champion best practices and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the insurance sector as a generalist, with broad product understanding.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client service and problem solving.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Solid technical acumen and willingness to learn new areas of the insurance market.
• High attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance matters.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
• International/’Reverse Flow’ industry expertise ideal
Please note: the successful candidate will be required to register with the FSMA (the Belgian Insurance Regulator) as a PCP (Person in Contact with the Public), have at least 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry and be prepared to sit and pass the required FSMA examinations within the first year of appointment.
