The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and business-focused AI Enablement Lead to accelerate the adoption of AI across the Retirement line of business.
Sitting within the AI & Intelligent Automation CoE, this role will act as the bridge between Retirement business teams, operational teams and technology teams, building awareness, confidence and the practical skills needed to embed AI into day-to-day ways of working.
This is not a technical delivery role. It is about people, engagement and change. You will work closely with Retirement business leaders, operational teams and SMEs to identify where AI can create real value, shape demand clearly, and ensure adoption is responsible, scalable and aligned with WTW standards.
What You Will Do
AI Enablement & Business Engagement
Partner with Retirement business leaders, SMEs and operational teams to identify where AI can create meaningful value
Build AI awareness and fluency across teams, translating complex concepts into practical, business-relevant guidance
Support the responsible adoption of approved AI tools, ensuring teams understand how to use them effectively and confidently
People, Culture & Adoption
Design and deliver AI literacy, upskilling and adoption activities tailored to Retirement teams
Develop practical enablement materials including playbooks, quick-start guides and FAQs that embed AI into everyday workflows
Build and support a network of AI champions and local advocates to sustain momentum and foster a culture of responsible experimentation
Demand Shaping & Prioritisation
Consolidate and structure AI opportunities from across the business, helping stakeholders clearly articulate objectives, expected benefits, constraints and success measures
Support the assessment and prioritisation of opportunities based on business value, scalability and strategic alignment
Ensure well-framed demand is connected into the right delivery routes within the CoE
Stakeholder Management & Governance
Build strong relationships across Retirement, the AI & Intelligent Automation CoE and technology, risk and governance teams
Communicate adoption progress, demand themes and priorities to relevant stakeholders in a clear and structured way
Ensure all enablement activities align with WTW AI standards, responsible AI principles and governance requirements
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
University degree is required, preferably in Business, Management, Technology, Engineering, Change Management or a related field.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in AI adoption, change management, business analysis, consulting, project management, continuous improvement or a similar transformation-focused role.
Strong understanding of how AI can be applied in a business context, including GenAI, document intelligence, classification, knowledge management or automation-adjacent use cases.
Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand their needs and translate ideas into clear business opportunities.
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
Experience creating training, enablement or adoption materials for non-technical audiences.
Ability to work across diverse teams, geographies and stakeholder groups.
Good understanding of risk, governance and responsible technology adoption in a corporate environment.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, enterprise GenAI tools, workflow automation, Power Platform or similar technologies.
Experience building communities of practice, champion networks.
Change management certification or practical experience applying structured change methodologies.
Experience working with delivery teams, technology teams or Centres of Excellence.
