If you bring 15+ years of industry expertise, advanced proficiency in Mandarin and English, and the ambition to shape high value cross regional partnerships, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.

Qualifications

University degree and/or a relevant professional qualification.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related risk advisory field, with a demonstrated track record of commercial success.
Deep understanding of the risk and insurance landscape in LATAM, coupled with strong commercial acumen and an unwavering client‑centric mindset.
Extensive experience managing and cultivating strategic relationships with Chinese multinational clients, ideally within a cross‑regional or global corporate environment.
Highly motivated, proactive, and results‑driven, with strong business development and negotiation skills.
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English; Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese is strongly preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel across the LATAM region as required.
