The Opportunity

As part of its transformation program, WTW has launched an ambitious Data project aimed at modernizing, simplifying, and harmonizing its data infrastructure. This initiative includes the redesign of the software platform, optimization of the data model, and enhancement of reporting tools.

What will you do?

• Analyze PL/SQL and SQL scripts to understand the data model and the transformations applied across bronze, silver and gold layers in Oracle.
• Redesign the data model on Azure using PySpark.
• Participate in the development of Power BI dashboards.
• Contribute to the implementation of development best practices.
• Draft technical documentation to support the work carried out.
• Ensure maintenance and ongoing development of the new platform: monitor pipeline and reporting operations, implement enhancements, support users, etc.
• Collaborate on the development of new projects with various business teams (management, technical direction, sales, etc.).
• Stay up to date with technological advancements in data science and propose continuous improvements to existing processes and methodologies.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a highly driven individual with strong interpersonal skills, eager to join a large and dynamic organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French, with advanced verbal communication skills.
• Power BI, Power Automate: foundational experience in developing simple dashboards, automations, and applications.
• Azure Database: expertise in managing, and optimising cloud-based databases within the Azure ecosystem.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related tools to support reporting and documentation.
• Collaborates effectively with colleagues across functions and contributes positively to group objectives.
• Solid analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and propose effective solutions.
