About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Operations Leader to help shape and accelerate the growth trajectory of our Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) business across North America. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing sales effectiveness, strengthening client engagement, and elevating our market presence.
Partnering closely with Specialty and Regional Leadership, Broking, Sales Operations, and industry teams, you will play a critical role in building a high-performance culture, aligning strategy with execution, and delivering sustained, profitable growth.

What You’ll Do
Drive Growth & Commercial Strategy
- Lead the North America CRB growth agenda, including revenue generation, client retention, and market expansion.
- Develop and execute data-driven business plans that align market opportunities with talent and resource deployment.
- Design and launch national and regional sales campaigns across products, industries, and key events.
- Partner across teams to unlock enterprise opportunities and deliver integrated client solutions.
Elevate Sales Effectiveness
- Oversee pipeline management, sales governance, and performance reporting.
- Improve forecast accuracy and establish consistent operating rhythms across the region.
- Identify and remove barriers to execution, accelerating sales outcomes and productivity.
Build and Develop Top Talent
- Partner with leadership to recruit high-impact, revenue-generating talent across North America.
- Build a strong and diverse pipeline of producers and sales professionals.
- Lead initiatives to develop talent, strengthen sales capabilities, and support long-term succession planning.
Strengthen Client Engagement
- Coach teams on complex client and prospect pursuits.
- Support key client satisfaction initiatives, including retention and relationship enhancement strategies.
- Drive alignment across producers, broking, and service teams to deliver a differentiated client experience.
Champion Brand, Culture & Community
- Serve as a visible ambassador for the business, enhancing brand presence internally and externally.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and performance across markets.
- Champion a “One Firm” mindset by connecting capabilities across specialties and functions.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in insurance brokerage or a related professional services environment.
- Proven success driving growth and scaling a business, region, or segment.
- Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top-performing sales talent.
- Deep understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and forecasting disciplines.
- Recognized industry presence with the ability to build credibility and influence at senior levels.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $275,000.00-$325, 000.00 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
