Description

The Role

  • Attends client meetings with the client relationship manager and or business development team on all renewals.

  • Communication with client relationship and business development team regarding program, program improvements, overall insurance policy performance and highlighting problematic areas, cost-saving opportunities, benchmarking of clients benefits, and options on coverage changes.

  • Analyzes claims data and creates claims utilization reports

  • Identify appropriate markets and work within Head of Placement’s placement strategy.

  • Negotiates with carrier’s prices and coverages.

  • Works towards a multi-year plan of improving the health of clients’ insurance policies, and making their risks more attractive to the market

  • Assists as technical resource for less experienced placement team members.

  • Complies with WTW guidelines and procedures; adherence to the Excellence Framework.

  • Liaise with clients in coordination with Client Account Managers and build strong relationships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers on multiple levels and channels.

  • Understand clients business and risk appetite and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing servicing.

  • Draw on expertise from within H&B team as and when required.

  • Maintain consistent/high quality touch points by phone and face-to-face with clients in coordination with Client Account Managers.

  • Participate in stewardship meetings (Renewals).

  • Support Client Management team in identifying and closing rounding opportunities.

  • Work to annualised service plans that define engagement and timing of engagement with the client.

  • Proactively work with operations and IT to ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day servicing.

  • Works with internal and external sources to identify opportunities to work collaboratively

  • Supports the development of further business opportunities through service opportunities

  • Increases the standing of Willis Towers Watson as a service organisation in the eyes of internal and external clients.

 

Qualifications

The Requirements 

  • University Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree level education

  • Working towards CII qualifications.

  • IFCE certified.

  • Relevant Health & Benefits experience and expertise.

  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service.

  • Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects and insurers.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic, verbal and written

  • IT:  Median knowledge of standard Microsoft packages is essential.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Ability to represent WTW with integrity and credibility

  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service.

  • Knowledge of Willis products and services

  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Ability to represent WTW multi-levels of a corporation.

  • Experienced knowledge of insurance markets to deal effectively with client and WTW needs.
