Description
The Role
The role will have the following key responsibilities:

Process Optimization & Innovation
Lead initiatives to enhance global sales operations activities which support HWC businesses and sales teams by ensuring process optimization and standardization, efficient and effective use of tools, resource management, etc.
Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to streamline sales operations processes, increase efficiency and deliver measurable improvements across the sales lifecycle.
Proactively seek out and implement innovative solutions to complex sales operations challenges, exploring new tools, approaches and best practices to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness.
Drive adoption of global sales operations tools and processes, collaborating with business partners and centers of excellence.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Build robust change plans and compelling cases for change to secure buy-in from key stakeholders.
Partner with communication specialists to develop and execute communication strategies for process changes.
Work closely with HWC Sales Operations business partners, centers of excellence and other WTW functions to implement and embed change.

Focus Areas
Lead sales operations process optimization initiatives potentially relating to a wide range of areas including bid management, contracting, sales analytics and reporting, sales data hygiene, sales campaigns, lead generation, pipeline and lead management, account planning, sales tools enablement, complex client management, individual seller support, sales forecasting and CRM system enhancements.

Collaboration & Best Practice Sharing
Work closely with the HWC Global Sales Operations Leader to meet the needs of the HWC businesses and sellers globally.
Build and maintain internal relationships with senior stakeholders (HWC Business Operations and Sales Leaders).
Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues around the world to support global consistency and share best practices.

People Development & Representation
Develop junior colleagues and carry out people management responsibilities as needed.
Represent the Sales Operations function and WTW with integrity and credibility.

Qualifications
The Requirements
Significant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, Operations, or Project Management of strategic initiatives within a large complex organization.
Significant experience and demonstrated success with process optimization, standardization and technology-driven transformation (including AI and automation), including leading complex systems implementations processes or similar.
Experience managing significant change initiatives.
Practical knowledge of sales strategy, account development and sales management.
Strong analytical skills and competence working with data.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation and influencing skills across all levels of a global organization.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, AI tools and enterprise-level sales technology platforms.
Experience in deploying and training teams on new tools and processes.
Adherence to WTW values: client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence.
Degree in Business, Sales Operations or a related field is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
