Job Summary

We are looking for a high‑potential junior professional passionate about applied Artificial Intelligence, agentic AI models, and business automation. This is an entry-level opportunity to grow your career in low-code automation. You will contribute to the design and implementation of internal applications using PowerApps, workflow automation with Power Automate, and new AI‑driven capabilities that enhance productivity and operational efficiency across Western Europe

Familiarity with Power Platform tools is a plus but not required. We value curiosity, structured problem-solving, and a disciplined approach to deadlines.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who brings curiosity, technical foundations, and a strong interest in AI, automation, and data engineering.

The Role

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, scripts and low code tools.
  • Build technical prototypes for AI use cases, and support Power Automate Desktop automations (UI automation) and Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Support the creation and optimization of generative or agentic AI prompts (Azure OpenAI, Copilot,.

  • Partner with the in country team to convert business needs into technical user stories, functional workflows, and automation logic.

  • Run testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and iterate solutions to improve performance, accuracy, and reliability

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations to increase reliability and performance.
  • Document solutions (process maps, technical notes, user guides) and follow team standards.
  • Stay up to date with new AI, automation, and productivity technologies (Copilot, Azure, M365, Power Platform

Qualifications

Required Skills (Must-Have)

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management, or similar fields.
  • Basic proficiency in Python, JavaScript, R, or another scripting/programming language. 

  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar low‑code automation platforms. 

  • Understanding of AI fundamentals, including generative AI and machine learning basics.

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a relevant area (eg automation, low-code development, IT, operations, analytics, internships, or academic projects).
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and French language skills (valued for WE CRB collaboration).  
  • Strong analytics skills and problem-solving
  • Basic understanding of process mapping and business process analysis.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines reliably.
  • High attention to detail and a quality mindset (testing, documentation, consistency).
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.

 

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, Power BI, AI prompts and LLM
  • Basic understanding of integrations (connectors/APIs) and working with data (Excel, SharePoint, Dataverse).
  • Scripting/programming knowledge (eg JavaScript, Python, or VBA).
  • Experience with generative AI, data pipelines, ML models, cloud platforms;
  • Basic understanding of agentic AI architectures, including LLM‑based agents, tool‑calling, multi‑agent workflows or task‑planning frameworks
