The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft Power Platform and a disciplined approach to meeting deadlines. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Digital and Robotic Process Automation (DPA/RPA) within a supportive and innovative environment. 

What will you do?

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation workflows.
• Document development processes, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Ensure timely delivery of automation solutions in line with project deadlines.
• Continuously learn and apply best practices in RPA development and process optimization.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a highly driven individual with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management or similar fields of studies
• Experience in RPA development or related low code development roles
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Understanding of process mapping and business process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, PowerBI) and/or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or VBA) are a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to meeting deadlines
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs independently
