As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, Global Aviation & Space, you will provide essential support to the Marketing Director, Global Aviation & Space, in executing a range of marketing projects and campaigns. You will play a crucial role in coordinating activities across our global and GB (Great Britain) markets, ensuring our marketing efforts are delivered efficiently and effectively, in line with our strategic goals. This is a hybrid role that requires regular in-office work alongside marketing colleagues and key business stakeholders.

 

Our Aviation & Space specialty delivers dependable and innovative risk management solutions to a broad spectrum of aviation & space clients, ranging from airlines and aerospace manufacturers to satellite operators and airport service providers. This role will provide key support to the Marketing Director/Marketing Team in delivering the marketing plan and all its elements and tactics within agreed timelines and budgets. Includes activity in GB and in the local teams’ global locations.

 

The Role 

  • Deliver essential support to the Marketing Director in executing diverse marketing projects and campaigns, and provide crucial support in coordinating and ensuring the successful execution of all marketing deliverables, tactics, and reporting for GB and global markets

  • Collaborate actively with regional and global marketing teams, including specialised Centers of Excellence (Communications, Design, PR, Digital and Research/Analytics), to ensure seamless campaign and program delivery.

  • Actively support and advise stakeholders during project execution and deliver to their needs, with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the aviation & space insurance market, along with WTW's specific products, services, and solutions for clients.

  • Ensure all marketing content adheres to compliance and regulatory requirements in a highly regulated environment

  • Evaluate marketing campaigns through analysis of digital data to ensure that the activity is helping the company to achieve its sales goals. Use the activity to help guide and improve future marketing initiatives

  • Demonstrate a strong passion for digital marketing, including SEO and GEO, leveraging analytics to enhance page visibility and deliver optimal user experience on our digital platforms.

  • Foster strong collaborative relationships across the wider marketing team to promote consistent approaches, share best practices, and drive innovation in both GB and global contexts.

  • Build effective partnerships with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales growth targets, ensuring measurability and integration with CRM and other sales reporting tools.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within various Lines of Business and campaigns (GB and global), acting as a trusted advisor by understanding their challenges and offering proactive marketing solutions.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital and in-person client events, supporting the Marketing Director, as needed.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within an insurance broking, professional, financial services or a B2B environment.
  • Proven marketing experience across multiple sectors, with knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements considered beneficial.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications across a broad spectrum of offline and online channels.
  • Proven track record in delivering digital marketing campaigns, using email marketing systems, social media and other digital channels; SEO/GEO experience useful
  • Experience using digital analytics to validate campaign direction and prove growth opportunities
  • Adaptable and quick learner with new marketing tools, systems and processes
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritise work effectively 
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, whilst recognising when to escalate issues or ask for help when required
  • Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
  • Credibility to work with, and to influence, colleagues at all levels within the company.
  • A completer finisher mind-set with the drive to deliver projects in a timely manner regardless of any obstacles and challenges
  • Team player who is flexible and adaptable across a range of tasks
  • A good eye for detail and ability to think logically and calmly through projects, as well as issues that present themselves.
  • Change and adaptability/ability to work through ambiguity, as well as an ability to work across geographies
