About the team

The Corporate Risk and Broking Technology (CRB Technology) team delivers technology and data capabilities that support the Corporate Risk & Broking business. The team designs, builds, and maintains digital platforms that enable broking, servicing, client and carrier interactions, and risk modelling. Our work focuses on digitizing business processes, capturing and analyzing risk data, improving operational efficiency, and supporting growth through scalable, integrated technology solutions developed in close partnership with business stakeholders.


Summary

In this role, the individual will be responsible for the design and architecture of Power Platform low code and automation initiatives at WTW. The individual will be expected to be hands-on in development and implementation. 

The individual will partner with technology leaders from across CRB and their teams. They will be supported by collaboration within development centers to execute on the respective strategies and plans, provide thought leadership in the technology area, provide solutions, and ensure that delivery commitments are met or exceeded

Role

  • Partner and collaborate with CRB business technology leaders and teams to provide architecture support and best practices in data strategy, cloud, analytics, common development, digital transformation, automation and other related areas to ensure the success of projects and deliver outcomes that meet WTW needs while providing leadership & direction to respective teams
  • Lead, grow and develop high performing hybrid teams, ensure effective day-to-day operations, change management, ensure deadlines and service levels are met, provide learning & development opportunities, conduct performance reviews, and continually improve results
  • Drive automation to simplify and improve based on technology strategy and leverage modern architectural patterns
  • Establish regular governance cadence to measure and monitor relevant KPIs and communicate to relevant stakeholders
  • Spearhead the successful adoption and execution of best practices and contribute to our Agile/Lean philosophy 
  • Power Platform Development & Implementation 
    • Develop and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) applications for business needs 
    • Design and automate workflows using Power Automate to enhance efficiency.
    • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for data-driven insights. 
    • Configure and manage Dataverse for optimized data storage and usage 
    • Work with connectors, AI Builder, and RPA to extend automation capabilities. 
  • Solution Architecture & Integration 
    • Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions 
    • Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365, and third-party services
    • Align with WTW’s data strategy to optimize data models and automate complex business processes


Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in solution delivery or product platform development, enterprise/solution architecture functions with at least 5+ years of experience in leadership roles in Power Platform development, automation and RPA space.
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing and influencing technology teams in a non-hierarchical environment
  • Ability to lead a team of highly skilled hands-on technology professionals who are responsible for translating business needs into technology solutions
  • Must be a problem solver with a can-do attitude, possess good leadership skills in guiding and directing teams
  • The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities and be a team player with emphasis on collaboration and partnerships
  • Experience working with the full Microsoft technology stack, across platforms ( Cloud, Data/Database/Datalake/Fabric etc, Power automate, UiPath), and with agile development methodologies is required
  • Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability and proven analytical, methodical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • The following WTW competencies are essential for this role: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Action Oriented, Strategic Agility, Results Focus, and Organizing & Planning
  • Advanced proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Agentic/Copilot technology, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance for Power Platform solutions.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and ALM strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) preferred

 

 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required
