The Role
The Project Manager - Analyst supports the planning, execution, monitoring, and governance of strategic and operational initiatives across GDC Non North America (NNA) regions. This role serves as a key partner to project managers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The position combines project management support, business analysis, reporting, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to enable successful delivery of regional and global programs. The Project Manager Analyst plays a critical role in driving visibility, standardization, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
The Global Delivery Center (GDC) is an internal service center within the Manila Global Service Delivery that provides high quality and efficient international benefits business support on both a global and local level.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Delivery Support
• Support project managers in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Monitor project timelines and track progress against agreed deliverables.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
Project Governance and PMO Support
• Maintain project governance standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Prepare project status reports, steering committee materials, and executive updates.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Track project compliance with PMO processes and quality standards.
• Support portfolio reviews and project prioritization activities.
Business Analysis and Reporting
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable project deliverables.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports using project metrics and KPIs.
• Analyze project performance data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Risk and Issue Management
• Identify potential project risks and issues proactively.
• Coordinate mitigation and resolution plans with project teams.
• Escalate critical issues when necessary and track resolution activities.
• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Stakeholder Management
• Build effective relationships with regional business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Act as a communication bridge between business users, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed of project status, changes, risks, and key decisions.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
Resource and Financial Tracking
• Assist in project budget management and forecasting activities.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and reporting.
• Support automation initiatives and PMO maturity programs.
• Contribute to lessons learned and knowledge management repositories.
• Promote best practices across projects and programs.
Qualifications
The Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, PMO, project coordination, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience working with global or multi-regional teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as:
o Microsoft Project
o Power BI

Preferred but not required Qualifications
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, process improvement, or IT projects.
• Experience working within a Global Delivery Center or PMO environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
