Join us as a Talent Advisor / HR Lead and play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation. In this role, you will partner with senior business and function leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that drive business success and create an exceptional colleague experience. Your work will influence how we attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring our teams are equipped to thrive in a changing world. You will partner with senior business leaders who are strategic decision makers, helping to shape elements of segment / function-specific talent strategies to address business priorities.

 

The role will also partner with Recruitment, Regional HR Delivery, Global HR Services and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to identify talent issues and implement talent initiatives, including Transformation, validating needs for alternative approaches if needed, and staying within the scope and priorities of the global HR operating model.

 

The role may engage beyond primary organization as needed, modelling agile support across HR, development of individual capability and sharing of best practices for achieving objectives and supporting continuous improvement in the function.

 

Reports to Lead Talent Advisor supporting assigned segment(s) / function(s).

 

The Role

  • Engage with senior business leaders who are strategic decision makers, helping to understand and influence the business strategy with a talent strategy that operationalizes business objectives and aligns with HR operating model. The talent strategy will include aspects such as workforce planning, organizational re-design/re-structure, talent attraction and development, talent reviews and succession planning, total rewards priorities and spending, colleague engagement and retention, and inclusion and diversity.

  • Partners with senior business leaders, Finance, Recruitment, Regional HR Delivery, Global HR Services, HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) and other HR/Talent Advisors, to anticipate the demand for and plan the delivery of HR services as described in the HR service catalogue, in line with the business budget/financial contribution goal.

  • Helps identify and escalate bespoke HR talent service requirements which are outside standard scope and budget outlined in the HR service catalogue.

  • Partners with senior business leaders and colleagues in other functions as needed in the planning of business, workforce, operations, and organization changes, bringing together and project managing HR colleagues from across the function with the required expertise and capabilities to execute against agreed plans.

  • Co-ordinates with HR Business Partner and HR Employee Relations/Compliance team(s) to execute HR services in alignment with legal requirements and company policy.

  • Delivers meaningful data-driven talent and workforce planning insights that enable and guide informed decisions that progress achievement of business strategies and objectives. Support data analysis and requirements for HR reporting where essential and by exception, seeking to align to common global reporting and analytics where possible.

  • Acts as confidential advisor to senior business leaders on matters relating to human resources and oversees HR services applicable to individual senior level business colleagues/leaders. Coaches’ leaders to champion and use the HR operating model, including technology enabled tiered HR support model.

  • Leads HR projects, participates in transformation work-stream planning and implementation activities, and assists in other areas of HR as needed.

  • Provides coaching and support to HR colleagues, helping to build a strong HR community.
