Crisis Management Global Specialty business is seeking a highly motivated Special Crime broker to join their team. 

The successful candidate will have proven experience of retaining, growing and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention and new business development. They will manage and develop client relationships and grow the portfolio with the potential for a regional focus.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospects including research, initiation of contact and new  business presentations in order to obtain new business.

  • Accountability for new clients as well as retaining and growing revenue with clients once on board.

  • Meet or exceed revenue, retention and market penetration goals.

  • Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients’  needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients.

  • Work with the marketing function and stakeholders to develop campaigns, material and events that support and promote our proposition.
  • Build relationships internally with sales and marketing teams to effectively collaborate on sales opportunities.

  • Help to identify and develop future client & business development talent.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Good client relationship skills: the ability to build and develop an extensive network of major account contacts for prospects.

  • Understanding of the new business sales process and the ability to operate at every level within the sales process from conducting a positive initial prospect meeting to crafting and delivering a compelling and successful proposal.

  • Build knowledge of Crisis Management solutions and Risk & Analyics tools and how these compare with the products available from key competitors.

  • Able to deal professionally with internal and external stakeholders, able to represent the business and the wider Willis group with a high level of credibility.

  • Preferably CII Dip qualidfied. 

  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and self-sufficient. 

  • Strong organisational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables.
