Description

With 48,000 colleagues in over 140 countries, we help organizations make forward-thinking choices about their people, their investments and the risks they face. Joining our Health and Benefits (H&B) team, you’ll be part of our impact right from the start.

In H&B, we specialize in designing, delivering and managing flexible benefits programs for clients worldwide. The team’s expertise spans medical, life insurance, voluntary benefits, pharmacy, absence and disability management, actuarial consulting, claims audits and more. We combine technical knowledge and data-driven insights with global reach to help our clients navigate the evolving benefits landscape. On this three to six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience our work – you’ll help deliver it.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Joining us for three or six months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:

  • Assist WTW colleagues in administrative processes such as Benefit Digest creation (extracting and organizing data from Policy Contracts), RFP consolidation, and coordinating with clients/insurers for required information
  • Perform monitoring, follow ups, and sending of AMLA/KYC requirements to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all submissions
  • Upload, organize, and quality check evidence documents received from email to TCT or other internal systems, following standard operating procedures
  • Maintain detailed and accurate trackers for AMLA/KYC submissions, client responses, and pending requirements
  • Support process documentation efforts, including updating SOPs, templates, and workflow guides when needed
  • Support our wider process improvement initiatives
  • Develop your knowledge in health and benefits consulting
  • Gain hands-on experience in insurance brokerage and consulting projects
  • Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

This internship is the perfect way to understand what we do and how closely our offering matches your career ambitions. It also presents an excellent opportunity for learning and potential full-time employment with us.

Requirements:

To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship, you’ll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A strong written and verbal communicator

While not essential, proficiency with MS Excel (i.e., formula, pivot, etc.) and experience with data analysis or reporting dashboards, would also be advantageous.

Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.

The Application Process:
