The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Facilities Services Assistant to support the smooth running of our workplace. You will help ensure that our premises are safe and well maintained, assisting with a variety of facilities-related tasks and providing an excellent level of service to colleagues and visitors alike.

What will you do?

• Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming service for visitors and employees.
• Coordinate and manage the requirements of meeting organisers, including receiving and confirming bookings.
• Oversee meeting requests: confirm specifications with requestors, arrange room setup, audiovisual equipment, and any required catering services.
• Organise and coordinate catering for clients and internal events, ensuring the highest standard of service.
• Work collaboratively with the General Services team on other tasks as assigned by the Facilities Services Manager.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for highly driven with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join in a large and dynamic organization.

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, events, or general services 
• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate level of English (desirable).
• Knowladge in the use of IT tools such as Outlook, Excel, and related applications.
