What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Financial Planners to deliver high-quality, personalised financial plans.
  • Prepare client reviews, conduct market research, and produce advice reports.
  • Handle technical queries and engage directly with clients to identify new opportunities.
  • Support bulk project exercises such as Enhanced Transfer Values (ETV) and Pension Increase Exchange (PIE).
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met across all documentation and recommendations.

Qualifications

The Requirements / What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in paraplanning and a strong understanding of the Life & Pensions industry.
  • QFA qualification (minimum). RPA, or working towards it, is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of Irish pensions, investments, and financial planning frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • A proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
