We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our Day One Induction in London on Monday 7 September 2026. On this page, you will find all you need to know about how to register, book travel and what to expect!

Date: Monday 7 September 2026
Time: 9am to 4:45pm with a social event from 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Location: The Auditorium, WTW, 51 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7DQ
Checklist:
At this in-person event, you will get to meet all of our apprentice and graduate new starters, hear from a variety of speakers and our existing grads and apprentices about their experiences, learn about our networks and have the opportunity to start building your networks.
The day will culminate in an off-site social event, and whilst attendance at the social isn't compulsory, previous grads and apprentices have given great feedback about it.
We’re still developing the finer details and will post an update soon!
Travel can be booked in line with WTW’s travel and expenses policy, dependent on your office location. By booking in advance, via our dedicated hotline, you will not incur any expenses. Be sure to check the registration form and your welcome email carefully. You will need this number to call the AMEX Global travel team – don’t forget to specify that you are part of the WTW Day One Induction: 0203 788 3599.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided on the day. There will also be food and refreshments available at the social event. Please indicate any special dietary requirements on the registration form.
There will be a videographer and photographer present on the day to capture images and footage of the event. These images will be used in a variety of settings, notably on our WTW social media channels, website and in presentations. Please complete this form to confirm you are happy to be captured on camera.
We want to ensure that everyone participating in the induction day is fully supported to fulfil and maximise their experience. If you have any wellbeing, disability or health-related matters that you would need support with, please highlight them in the relevant section of the registration form and a member of the Early Careers Recruitment Team will be in touch to discuss. Rest assured; all information is confidential.
The dress code for the day is business professional (you may find this link helpful).
You will need to bring some form of photo identification when signing-in at our WTW London Lime Street office. This can be in the form of a driving license or passport.
You do not need to bring any equipment for the induction day.
If you are unable to attend on the day due to illness or are delayed, please email GBinduction@wtwco.com. Any absences will need to be logged in our HR Cloud system, which your local team will help you with once you have your laptop.
Your new team will be in touch with you to confirm the details of your induction into the business.
