When completing assessments, rely on your own knowledge and understanding. Assessments are designed to reflect your individual abilities, and using AI during these times can affect the fairness and accuracy of the evaluation. Be confident in what you know and use AI tools only when allowed and appropriate.

Interviews

Focus on preparing thoroughly and practicing regularly to build confidence in your own skills and knowledge. Your genuine responses are the best way to demonstrate your expertise and effort. Authenticity during interviews is key to showing who you are and what you can do.

We use live video during interviews to foster a more personal and engaging interaction, allowing both candidates and interviewers to better connect and communicate effectively.

AI Note Takers

In professional settings, it’s important to be open about using AI tools, especially during interviews or assessments. If you plan to use AI applications—such as note-taking assistants—please inform the interviewer beforehand and seek their consent. This ensures a respectful and fair process where everyone is comfortable and informed. The interviewer will also let you know if they are using Co-pilot or another AI application for the interview process.

This practice ensures transparency by respecting the interviewer's right to know what tools are being used. By keeping both parties informed and comfortable with the use of AI, it helps maintain a fair and respectful interview process.
