Candidate Artificial Intelligence (AI) Guidance

We are dedicated to maintaining a fair and equitable process for all candidates. This includes ensuring that every candidate is evaluated based on their own merits and qualifications. We are committed to transparency in our evaluation criteria and procedures, and we strive to provide equal opportunities for all applicants.

We recognize the potential for misuse of AI technologies, such as plagiarism or misrepresentation. To maintain the integrity of our process, we will implement measures to detect and address any improper use of AI by candidates. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of plagiarism detection tools and verification of candidate-provided information.

Any attempt to commit fraud, including the misuse of AI to misrepresent oneself, will be taken seriously. We will investigate any suspected fraudulent activities and take appropriate actions, which may include disqualification from the application process and reporting to relevant authorities.

Leveraging AI Applications

AI tools can be a great support to enhance your own skills and ideas. Think of AI as a helpful assistant that can spark creativity, organize your thoughts, and polish your work. However, it’s important that your own unique voice and perspective remain at the heart of everything you create. By combining your talents with AI, you can produce work that is both well-crafted and truly yours.

Maintaining Your Authentic Voice

Remember, AI is here to assist—not replace—your skills and creativity. Always take the time to review and adapt any AI-generated content so it feels authentic and aligns with your communication style and message. Your genuine voice is what makes your work meaningful and original, with AI acting as a valuable support along the way.

Assessments

When completing assessments, rely on your own knowledge and understanding. Assessments are designed to reflect your individual abilities, and using AI during these times can affect the fairness and accuracy of the evaluation. Be confident in what you know and use AI tools only when allowed and appropriate.

Interviews

Focus on preparing thoroughly and practicing regularly to build confidence in your own skills and knowledge. Your genuine responses are the best way to demonstrate your expertise and effort. Authenticity during interviews is key to showing who you are and what you can do.

We use live video during interviews to foster a more personal and engaging interaction, allowing both candidates and interviewers to better connect and communicate effectively.

AI Note Takers

In professional settings, it’s important to be open about using AI tools, especially during interviews or assessments. If you plan to use AI applications—such as note-taking assistants—please inform the interviewer beforehand and seek their consent. This ensures a respectful and fair process where everyone is comfortable and informed. The interviewer will also let you know if they are using Co-pilot or another AI application for the interview process.

This practice ensures transparency by respecting the interviewer's right to know what tools are being used. By keeping both parties informed and comfortable with the use of AI, it helps maintain a fair and respectful interview process.
