Description

With 48,000 colleagues in over 140 countries, we help organisations make forward-thinking choices about their people, their investments and the risks they face. Joining our Employee Experience business, you’ll be part of this impact right from the start.

The employee experience encompasses all meaningful interactions between employees and their employer. Over the past decade, shifts in work flexibility, financial pressures, wellbeing awareness, evolving skill demands, and progress in diversity and inclusion have transformed workplaces all over the world. These changes affect employees differently, influencing focus and productivity, making it essential for organisations to address these pivotal moments.

WTW’s Employee Experience Business supports clients in responding effectively to these challenges, whether by helping people understand support available to them to resolve health issues,  encouraging early retirement savings, or demonstrating a sense of belonging to all colleagues, regardless of their backgrounds.

At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger. We want our workforce to reflect the different and varied markets we operate in and to build a culture of inclusivity that makes colleagues feel welcome, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment throughout our organisation. We embrace all types of diversity.
