Description

The Associate Client Advocate is the backbone of our account management teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding client expectations. This role involves both client-facing responsibilities and internal collaboration to support account leaders throughout the insurance issuance and renewal lifecycle.

The Role

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of client service delivery, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and accuracy.
  • Handle all day-to-day service delivery activities, including policy reviews, endorsements, audits, invoicing, Certificates of Insurance (COI), and Auto ID processing and Surplus Lines.
  • Oversee invoicing processes, including fee/compensation agreements and billing allocations.
  • Manage accounts receivable, aged receivables, and collections, resolving any client, carrier, or vendor accounting issues.
  • Oversee the certificate renewal process, coordinating requirements with clients and ensuring timely issuance.
  • Facilitate the issuance of renewal and mid-term Auto ID cards.
  • Ensure timely processing of binding documents, endorsements, and audit requests.
  • Collaborate with Service Liaisons on escalations and ensure policy revisions are completed and delivered promptly.
  • Manage loss run, loss summary, and experience modification processes.
  • Handle quoting, binding, and renewal processes for specialized policies, including Owners & Contractors Professional (OCP), Railroad Protective (RRP), and Builder’s Risk (BR).
  • Ensure compliance with the Willis Towers Watson Excellence Model (WTWEM).

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance or demonstrated ability to fulfill role responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance renewal process, particularly for large and complex accounts.
  • Ability to navigate client and carrier relationships effectively to secure renewal terms and maintain existing business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including adaptability and critical thinking.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including prioritization, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant online tools.
  • Must achieve and maintain an active Property & Casualty insurance broker’s license (or ability to obtain and maintain).
  • Industry designations (CRIS, CIC, CRM) preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits 

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

 

Compensation 

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000.00-$120, 000.00 USD annually.

 

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
