ACCOUNT AND CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR

The responsibilities for this position are:

  • Monthly Cashbook and Escrow Account reporting
  • Payment and transfer processing

  • Maintenance of bank accounts and client mandates

  • Issuance of Invoices and rechargeable expenses

  • AR/AP reconciliation and reporting

  • KYC Database management and reporting

  • CORIS/CAPS filings and reconciliations

  • BOR filings and reconciliations

  • TIA filings and reconciliations

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports, including collection of supporting documents

  • Assist with the preparation of Board Materials

  • Assist with the co-ordination of Board meetings and travel

  • Assist with the management of the Company’s portfolio of (re)insurance companies

     

    You will also:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and key service providers

  • Work as part of a dynamic and innovative client service team

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have

  • A bachelors degree and be willing to study for an internationally recognized accounting or business related qualification
  • At least 2 years’ experience in financial or corporate administration
  • Experience in the following:
  • Financial Services Industry
  • Financial transaction processing and G/L recording
  • Maintenance of banking facilities, mandates and databases
  • Electronic Document Management
  • AML/KYC Procedures and Regulations
  • ROC/CIMA/TIA filings
  • Coordination of Board Meeting events and materials preparation
  • The position will require a high standard of organization, verbal and written communication skills.

 

Salary and benefits are negotiable up to USD $60K depending on experience.
