The Investment Consulting division supports pension schemes in all matters related to capital investment. We primarily assist pension fund investors with portfolio construction and implementation of investment decisions.We are looking for an insightful, adaptable and motivated individual to join our team as an associate in the Western European Content team.

The role 
We aim to empower institutional investors to achieve their specific objectives by delivering outstanding investment solutions, based on a strong foundation of research, analysis, innovation and trust.  To support this goal this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive Investment team in the role of Associate.  

Our team is responsible for managing a wide range of multi-asset and specialist portfolios using multi-manager implementation and is currently responsible for managing more than $180bn globally.  Our client base are seeking creative solutions to the investment challenges they face.  As a result, we look to bring people with a variety of backgrounds and skills to work collaboratively on cutting edge assignments.   

The Content team is ultimately responsible for the investment content that is included in all of our delegated portfolios.  A Portfolio Manager is assigned to each client/solution, and in that role is responsible for all investment decision-making on that portfolio.  The Portfolio Manager will be supported by a team responsible for ensuring that our intellectual capital is reflected in portfolios in a manner consistent with that client/solutions goals. 

Requirements You will have the opportunity to build your knowledge of our processes by working with a wide range of our internal teams, in particular Portfolio Management and Research, and our broader network of specialists within WTW’s investment team.  You will be supported in the role to develop your investment specific knowledge and skills, as well as a broad range of consulting and communication skills
