About the Role

As a team member within our Employee Experience (EX) practice, you will play a key role in delivering EX-led survey, assessment, and insight engagements for clients in India and across regions. This is a client-facing consulting role with strong exposure to EX project delivery, analytics, and stakeholder management.

 

Role Expectations:

 

Client Project Delivery & Business Development Support

  • Lead or support end-to-end delivery of Employee Experience (EX) engagements, including employee listening, engagement surveys, and EX assessments.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact on assigned engagements, managing expectations and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Support business development activities, including: 
  • Preparing proposals, pitch decks, and statements of work
  • Supporting client discussions, solution walkthroughs, and demos of EX tools or platforms
  • Coordinating inputs and materials for client meetings and pursuits

 

Analytics, Insights & Technology

  • Apply advanced analytics and EX platforms/technology to deliver insights across engagement, culture, leadership, rewards, and wellbeing.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and compelling client-ready outputs.
  • Support the preparation of client‑ready outputs and materials (presentations, dashboards, summaries) based on defined project objectives
  • Assist project leads in operationalizing insights, including coordinating inputs, validating data, and ensuring accuracy of deliverables
  • Follow established methodologies and guidance to support consistent, high‑quality delivery across Employee Experience engagements
  • Collaborate effectively with project team members, project leads, and cross-practice colleagues to support successful delivery of EX engagements.
  • Work closely with analysts and other contributors to coordinate inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively share information, raise risks, and seek guidance to ensure smooth project execution.

 

Consulting & Advisory Support

  • Support the preparation of client‑ready outputs and materials (presentations, dashboards, summaries) based on defined project objectives
  • Assist project leads in operationalizing insights, including coordinating inputs, validating data, and ensuring accuracy of deliverables
  • Follow established methodologies and guidance to support consistent, high‑quality delivery across Employee Experience engagements
  • Collaborate effectively with project team members, project leads, and cross-practice colleagues to support successful delivery of EX engagements.
  • Work closely with analysts and other contributors to coordinate inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively share information, raise risks, and seek guidance to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Collaborate effectively with project team members, project leads, and cross-practice colleagues to support successful delivery of EX engagements.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4 –10 years of relevant experience in consulting, employee experience, analytics, or project management roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred 

  • Experience working on employee engagement, culture, leadership, rewards, or EX-related projects.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Professional presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
