Our CRB business is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms. We help clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations to understand, assess and manage their risks. Our experts collaborate around the world to provide our clients with a broader perspective, data-led insight, and exceptional service. Start Date
The preferred start date for the graduate program is July 2026.
Responsibilities:
This role will see you building your knowledge and skills across all areas of our CRB business. Working with and learning from industry-leading colleagues, you’ll:
- Develop your technical understanding and knowledge through meaningful assignments and projects
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors such as Property, Casualty, Construction, Marine and Financial, Professional and Executive Risk
- Support Account Directors to deliver timely, consistent and professional insurance brokerage and consultancy service to clients
- Provide timely responses to inquiries from clients & insurers
- Assist in defining administration standards and processes to be followed to ensure quality in undertaking tasks and producing deliverables.
- Follow our administrative process and proactively manage your workload
- Recognize and communicate potential issues to teammates and suggest viable solutions for improvement
- Grow every day, from a thorough induction to intensive on-the-job training and ongoing professional development
Given the breadth of our CRB business, you could find yourself taking on a range of the following roles:
Broking, where you’ll be the intermediary in the insurance transaction, ensuring the clients’ needs are met while also building strong relationships with the markets you’re using.
Client servicing, where you’ll be the client’s first point of contact for all aspects of their insurance program.
Business development, where you’ll think creatively and strategically to produce materials that can be used for marketing and specific client proposals.
We have roles available across the following teams:
Property & Casualty, where you’ll provide risk management solutions for evolving challenges such as natural disasters, business interruptions and complex liability exposures.
Construction, where you’ll join a global team in creating risk management solutions that help our clients navigate the challenges of their ever-changing industry.
Qualifications
Our graduate roles are journeys of learning, experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- The ability to multitask, prioritize and work to deadlines
- A motivated and focused approach to delivering results
- A commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong without employer sponsorship
While not essential, relevant internship experience in a field such as general insurance would be a plus.
