The Global Process Owner is accountable for end-to-end process design, governance, performance, and continuous improvement across regions, business segments, and delivery organizations. The role serves as the primary authority for global process decisions and establishes the roadmap needed to strengthen billing, collections, cash application, and dispute and deduction resolution.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking strategist and operator who combines deep Order-to-Cash expertise with enterprise transformation leadership. Working cross-functionally, this leader will simplify and standardize processes, manage enterprise risk, and apply automation where it supports the intended business outcome.
This role can be located anywhere, with preference for candidates who can work or overlap with the US Eastern Time zone.

Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.

•  Partner with executive leadership to define short- and long-term strategies that support enterprise objectives and improve cash flow outcomes.
•  Act as the senior decision authority for global process design, standards, controls, decision rights, and exception governance.

Global Business Services & Process Excellence
•  Lead the design and optimization of global delivery models across billing, collections, cash application, and dispute & deduction resolution.
•  Establish the process performance framework and use data to prioritize improvement opportunities and corrective action.
•  Monitor process health through approved measures, including DSO, CEI, BDR, and cash application effectiveness.
•  Champion standardization and digitization while enabling legitimate local requirements through clear exception governance.
•  Identify process risks, control gaps, and data limitations, and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are established.

AI & Digital Enablement
•  Champion a process-first approach, with technology solutions following a clear understanding of the business problem and intended financial outcome.
•  Identify high-impact uses of AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, process mining, and advanced analytics across Order-to-Cash.
•  Partner with technology, enterprise architecture, data, and AI enablement teams to translate approved process requirements into scalable solutions with appropriate controls.
•  Ensure responsible AI governance and value realization while building organizational capability.

Transformation & Change Leadership
•  Lead and drive initiatives approved on the Order-to-Cash transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment, funding, and stakeholder ownership.
•  Govern the transformation portfolio and establish milestones, readiness criteria, measures, and decision forums for major initiatives.
•  Lead cross-functional teams through process discovery, current-state assessment, future-state design, and implementation.
•  Simplify and improve processes before introducing automation, reducing unnecessary variation while protecting required controls.
•  Build commitment across business units and service centers by serving as a visible and influential change leader.

Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•  15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Order-to-Cash, Bill-to-Cash, GBS, shared services, transformation, or process excellence in a global enterprise.
•  Proven record of leading enterprise-wide transformation with measurable impact on DSO, collections effectiveness, and cash conversion.
•  Experience implementing AI, automation, or advanced analytics in Order-to-Cash operations.
•  Experience working in multinational and complex matrixed organizations, including shared service environments.

Critical Competencies
•  Deep expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash process design and ownership within a Global Process Owner operating model.
•  Strong financial acumen, including understanding of Bill-to-Cash performance, DSO drivers, and receivables-based liquidity management.
•  Strategic and operational leadership with the ability to translate enterprise priorities into process decisions and measurable outcomes.
•  Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across Finance, Business Operations, Technology, and external partners.
•  Strong change leadership and people development capabilities.
