The Role

We are seeking a full-time Investment Analyst to join a collaborative team of colleagues based across Western Europe. You will contribute to a broad range of projects for large institutional clients, supporting multiple stages of the investment process, including:

Defining investment objectives and beliefs
Risk profiling and strategic asset allocation
Applying market outlooks across asset classes
Performance and manager reporting
Integrating sustainability into investment decisions
Supporting investment governance frameworks and internal teams (e.g. Sustainability, Research, Reporting, Strategy)

This role offers wide exposure across the investment spectrum, enabling the development of strong technical, professional and soft skills. Location could be: Spain, Germany, Ireland, or the Netherlands

Qualifications

Requirements

Recently completed or near-completion undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Right to work in Spain, Germany, Ireland or the Netherlands - WTW does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
Fluent English (German is an advantage)
Strong interest and foundational knowledge in investments and the investment process
Team-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated and eager to learn
