As a Lead Consultant, you will work side-by-side with some of the industry’s top consultants, and get to interact and learn from industry leaders. These experiences will help build your consulting experience, technical knowledge and overall industry expertise in the business area you join.
You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments across organization and people advisory projects to shape organizations, work, rewards and career programs of leading organizations to drive higher performance and ensure the right return on their investment in people.

The Role
- Partner and collaborate with Senior Consultants / Directors to craft and implement cutting-edge solutions across strategic organization and people programs, such as people strategy, organization design, strategic workforce planning, total rewards strategy, career / job architecture frameworks and job levelling
- Lead and manage delivery of small to medium complexity projects with oversight from senior consultants, owning the project’s success from inception to completion. This includes work planning, efficient workflow management and ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables, all while managing client expectations and fostering strong relationships
- Contribute to the growth of our Advisory business by supporting market research to identify market opportunities and developing compelling proposals, as well as creating impactful collaterals that showcases our solutions, value proposition and drives new business wins
- Mentor junior members in the team – providing guidance, support and constructive feedback as needed; Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Proactive and engaged member of our cross-functional teams within the Organization and People Advisory business, contributing your expertise to a wide range of projects and initiatives
Qualifications
The Requirements
- We are seeking an experienced hire with min. 5 years of progressive experience in either a consulting environment or a highly collaborative corporate setting. If you have a passion for creating impactful organization and people strategies and have a proven ability to partner with business leaders, we encourage you to apply. Management consulting experience is a plus.
- Applicants should demonstrate a strong aptitude for strategic thinking and analytics, as well as the ability to develop, design, and formulate frameworks, strategies, and solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience across multiple organization and people areas would be an advantage: people strategy, organization design, strategic workforce planning, total rewards, or similar functions
- An undergraduate degree is required; a degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering and/or professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or an MBA would be considered advantageous.
- Exceptional project management skills are crucial. You'll need the ability to quickly assess and diagnose complex issues, draw logical conclusions from data, and develop innovative solutions in a collaborative team environment. A solution-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role.
- A polished and professional presence is essential, coupled with outstanding facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills. You'll have the opportunity to develop impactful client materials and present your recommendations to mid- and senior-level leadership, directly influencing decision-making .
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to deal with ambiguity, learn rapidly and be responsive to evolving needs of our clients.
- Self-starter with high energy, with a passion for acquiring and sharing new information, and the ability to work independently with some guidance. Your drive to innovate and contribute to our team's collective knowledge will be highly valued.
