    The Role

    In this position, you will support the Work & Rewards business which provides organizations with compensation and career data, insights, advice and tools to structure jobs and reward performance.  Work & Rewards (W&R) is one of the seven businesses within the Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) segment. This role will specifically support the Work, Rewards & Careers and Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practices within Work & Rewards. The role will report to the Global Head of HWC Marketing. 
    Successful candidates must demonstrate business acumen, relevant experience with marketing tools and related content, and have excellent project management, communication and team skills. To be effective, the candidate will collaborate closely with marketing and business colleagues in an intellectually challenging, yet supportive environment.

    Qualifications

    Tasks

    • Develop and execute strategic integrated and aligned marketing plans to support the growth of the Work & Rewards business globally by collaborating with business leaders to align marketing initiatives with business priorities, product/service offerings, and target markets.
    • Develop strategic approach for elevating the W&R brand, particularly with Board of Directors, Chief Human Resources Officers and Heads of Total Rewards.
    • Develop strategic approach for driving sales
    • In close partnership with W&R leaders, refine strategic marketing plans throughout the year based on market dynamics, emerging trends, and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with the regional marketing team to assemble projects teams in each region who will execute projects
    • Work with cross-functional project teams, including creative, digital and sales, to develop and deliver campaign concepts, messaging and assets that resonate with the target audience, including:
         - Digital marketing -- website content, email marketing, social media, online advertising, and SEO/SEM
         - Marketing content (e.g., research reports, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, presentations) ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
         - Event management such as conferences, seminars, webinars and networking events 
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic and ROI, to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 
    • Manage to the overall W&R marketing budget and accurately report on global marketing spend to key stakeholders.
    • Stay current with competitive landscape industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative marketing techniques to continuously improve and evolve marketing strategies and tactics.

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, events and traditional media.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track performance, analyze results and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to consult with senior leaders, inspire and motivate colleagues.
    • Commitment to and demonstration of WTW values: client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence
    • Extensive marketing experience, including in digital marking, is essential, ideally gained within a professional services, HR technology or B2B environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

    Compensation

    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $150,000-175,000USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
