In this role, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of technology product marketing for the Willis Digital Products & Services portfolio, working closely with global business teams and marketing colleagues. These digital offerings span software‑enabled services, platforms, analytics, and technology solutions designed to help clients better quantify, manage, and transfer risk.You will join a fast‑paced, innovative environment, offering exposure to a wide variety of technology‑led initiatives and at the centre of a rapidly expanding portfolio of digital products. You will work with global stakeholders, bringing a desire to support the growth of this area and embrace opportunities to make it happen.

The Role

Marketing Delivery

  • Embedded within the Willis Digital Products & Services team, you will own and deliver end‑to‑end product marketing for a portfolio of digital and technology solutions, reporting in the Global Head of Risk & Broking Marketing and working closely with senior stakeholders across the Willis business.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and execute technology product marketing plans aligned with business growth priorities, product roadmaps, and client needs, with a particular focus on digital solutions and services 
  • Define and articulate clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that translate complex technical capabilities into compelling client and commercial outcomes.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget for Willis Digital Products & Services to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources.
  • Lead go‑to‑market (GTM) activity for new digital products, platform enhancements, and feature releases.
  • Produce high‑quality, technology‑focused marketing content including product overviews, solution briefs, use‑case narratives, demos, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Equip teams with effective product marketing assets, insights, and enablement materials to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue generation.
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns (e.g. website journeys, email, SEO, social) to support demand generation and product adoption for digital offerings.
  • Coordinate with regional and global marketing colleagues and Centres of Excellence (Communications, Design, PR, Digital, Research & Analytics) to deliver integrated campaigns and programmes.
  • Measure and analyse marketing performance using digital and campaign data, linking activity to pipeline, adoption, and commercial outcomes, and using insights to optimise future initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted marketing advisor to stakeholders during project execution, delivering against priorities with urgency, accountability, and clear communication.

 

Relationships

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships within the global marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging, share best practices, and continuously improve technology marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with business teams to ensure product marketing activity actively supports sales growth targets and is measurable through CRM and reporting tools.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the global Risk & Broking business, building a deep understanding of their digital strategies, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Willis’ digital products, data capabilities, platforms, and technology‑enabled services.
  • Understand how digital innovation, technology scalability, and global connectivity support growth across regions and industries, and reflect this in marketing activity.

  • Proactively offer support to colleagues and seek assistance where needed to deliver shared marketing objectives.
  • Operate within WTW policies, procedures, and core values, demonstrating a professional, consistent, and collaborative approach at all times.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B, professional services, financial services, or technology‑enabled environment (ideally consultancy, insurance, or digital solutions) is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or go‑to‑market delivery for technology or data‑led solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A motivated self‑starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment with new digital tools, platforms, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
  • Able to work autonomously while knowing when to escalate or seek guidance.
  • Strong team player with proven ability to build effective, collaborative relationships.
  • Credibility and confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels across the business.
  • Experience working across geographies and time zones.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
