    Description

At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger. We want our workforce to reflect the different and varied markets we operate in and to build a culture of inclusivity that makes colleagues feel welcome, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment throughout our organisation. We embrace all types of diversity.

    The Role

WTW’s DC research team has an excellent reputation in the industry and we’re looking for someone to join us.

If you’re keen, we have an exciting opportunity for a Research Data Analyst to support our consultants who deliver advice to some of the UK’s largest employers and most innovative DC schemes. In return, we offer the opportunity to develop your research and reasoning skills within a prominent advisory firm, where flexibility, hybrid working and work/life balance are central to the way we work.

    • Production of governance material through the consolidation and review of data and preparing first drafts of client facing output
    • Identify trends and patterns in datasets
    • Presenting results from external data sets in a client friendly format such as graphs and charts
    • Drafting commentary explaining data trends in client facing documents.
    • Contributing ideas on how to expand our centralised data analytics service to meet the evolving requirements of DC+ consultants and satisfying wider regulatory requirements
    • The right candidate will be given the opportunity to develop in a non-client facing role, expanding the team’s capabilities in this area.

This is a 12 months Fixed Term contract role

At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss more.
