Job Summary 

 

A data-focused Sales Ops specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, CRM (Customer Relation Management)data management, or data processing roles. The role is centred on delivering high-volume, high-accuracy execution across client and account data, campaign support, and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with structured data, performing CRM (Customer Relation Management)updates, and supporting sales teams through accurate and timely data preparation. This role demands strong attention to detail, speed, and adherence to defined processes.

You will work with other team members to execute requests related to internal organizational data, CRM (Customer Relation Management) updates, and campaign support, ensuring consistent and error-free delivery.

 

About the Team

GB Sales Operations team partners closely with Sales, Industry, and Functional leadership to drive consistent, insight-led growth. The team operates as a strategic enabler, ensuring alignment to global standards while adapting to local market priorities.

The team supports segment-specific growth activities by addressing local business needs through structured pipeline reporting, forecasting, lead and account management, and adherence to LRM standards. As part of its expanded remit, the Client and Industry Insights function caters to the growing demand from industry leaders by delivering actionable insights and a deeper understanding of client risk needs.

Working in close collaboration with Industry Practice Leaders and Sales Leadership, the team contributes to the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns. Core responsibilities include delivering business intelligence, maintaining high-quality account data within Dynamics CRM, and providing reporting and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives. The team also acts as a key interface across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery, enabling informed decision-making through regular performance reporting (monthly and quarterly reviews).

 

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

 

  • Execute data creation, validation, and enrichment within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

  • Perform account and contact setup, including hierarchy mapping and tagging

  • Support revenue banding and basic segmentation activities

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems

  • Extract data from internal systems and approved external sources

  • Structure data into predefined templates and formats

  • Build clean, analysis-ready datasets

  • Support list creation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Execute target list builds based on defined criteria

  • Support campaign setup and data updates in CRM (Customer Relation Management)

  • Maintain trackers and update campaign status regularly

  • Create PowerPoint slides using predefined templates

  • Organize and format data for senior team review

  • Perform self-quality checks before submission

  • Follow standard operating procedures and documentation practices

 

 Skills

 

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, CRM (Customer Relation Management )data management, or data processing roles

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)

  • Basic working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relation Management ) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce

  • Ability to handle structured datasets with high accuracy

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (good to have)

  • Ability to follow defined instructions and work independently on assigned tasks

  • Good communication skills for internal coordination

 

Tools & Technical Knowledge

 

  • CRM (Customer Relation Management )Systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred), Salesforce, etc.

  • Data Handling: Microsoft Excel

  • Prospecting Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Presentation: Microsoft PowerPoint

  • AI Tools (optional): Copilot for productivity support
