About the Team

The Property & Casualty (P&C) Team leads strategic client relationships and drives portfolio growth by delivering deep technical expertise across Property, Engineering, and Marine insurance while managing complex domestic and multinational accounts. The team focuses on retention, cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, provides strong oversight on RFQs and bespoke solutions, and partners closely with insurers and internal teams to deliver optimal, market‑aligned outcomes.

We are looking for candidates in Client Servicing & Retention (Property & Casualty) to help us build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Role

Be the go-to contact for clients
Drive retention, cross-sell & upsell
Manage renewals, claims & endorsements
Collaborate with broking, placement & claims teams

Qualifications

Requirement

MBA/Postgraduate (Insurance preferred)
3–8 years in broking/client servicing/account management
Strong Property, engineering, Marine Cargo, Miscellaneous Lines knowledge
