We are seeking a Specialist, Transfer Pricing Planning to be part of our world-class Transfer Pricing (TP) team—an integral part of WTW’s global tax department. This team plays a crucial role in tax planning, transfer pricing, financial reporting, and tax audit defense, ensuring alignment with our business operations and objectives.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Transfer Pricing Planning, you will take the lead in identifying, evaluating, and implementing transfer pricing strategies that align with WTW’s value chain and business goals.

?? Strategic Leadership – Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful transfer pricing initiatives.
?? Business Partnership – Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Operations to provide expert transfer pricing insights that inform business decisions.
?? Financial Reporting & Compliance – Ensure accurate reflection of intercompany transactions and TP projects in financial reporting (US GAAP and local statutory compliance).
?? Financial Modeling & Analysis – Develop financial models and other key transfer pricing deliverables.
?? Legal & Regulatory Alignment – Work with Legal, Tax, and business functions to establish robust intercompany agreements and review external contracts from a TP perspective.
?? M&A & Restructuring Support – Provide TP expertise on mergers, acquisitions, and internal restructuring, including quantitative impact analysis.

Requirements: What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of transfer pricing experience within a Big Four accounting firm, law firm, or large multinational corporation.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify and convey complex transfer pricing concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proven track record in managing significant cross-functional tax planning or transfer pricing projects, including oversight of third-party advisors.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word for financial modeling and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational, research, and analytical capabilities to drive results.
• Comfortable working independently while also excelling in cross-functional team settings.
• CPA or an advanced degree is a plus.
