The Role: 

The ideal candidate is a senior technology consultant with a minimum of 10 years’ consulting experience, proven program management expertise on large-scale IT implementations (including systems integration), and a track record of balancing multiple client engagements. They are adept at leading teams, shaping solutions, and driving successful outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments within the insurance or financial services sector. 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Must-Have Experience

  • Consulting Background: At least 10 years in a technology consulting or professional services environment, with demonstrable success in client-facing roles.
  • Program Management: Led projects with teams of 30+ people and multiple concurrent work streams. Responsible for creating, assessing, and evolving team structures and resource needs.
  • IT Implementation: Delivered a minimum of 5 IT-based implementation projects, including at least 2 involving systems integration.
  • Multi-Client Management: Experience managing and balancing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • RfP and Sales Enablement: Hands-on experience with Request for Proposal (RfP) processes, including creation, presentation, and strategic input to increase win rates.
  • Systems Integration Consulting: Led at least 2 systems integration projects in a consulting capacity, including project management and solution design to assess and build teams for client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in US P&C insurance, including Commercial Lines.
  • Experience implementing major workbench, policy admin systems, rating engines, or underwriting-focused software products.
  • Experience leading technology or process transformations within a US insurance carrier.
  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
