As an Outbound Sales Advisoryour key responsibility will be to:

What You’ll Bring

  • Use sales scripts to structure and optimize each call (participate in call‑listening and feedback sessions to improve the quality of interactions and conversion rates)
  • Develop expertise in individual health insurance products and customer needs
  • Ensure the follow‑up and development of an existing client portfolio
  • Respond to incoming requests within optimal timeframes
  • Support the existing sales teams on high‑volume products
  • Contribute to the smooth execution of commercial operations

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

We are seeking a motivated colleague to join our dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C telesales.
  • Solid understanding of telephone sales techniques, including pitching, handling objections, and closing sales.
  • Knowledge of health insurance contracts in France would be highly valued.
  • Client-focused approach with strong customer relationship skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and written skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrates rigour and respect for rules, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, while maintaining strong organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously when required.
  • French language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level (C1 preferred).
