Description
The Graphic Designer creates compelling, client‑focused RFP and pitch materials, partnering with the RFP Project Manager and key stakeholders to deliver high‑impact visual storytelling that strengthens competitive positioning. This role leads the design of polished presentations, develops cohesive proposal themes, and ensures consistency across all deliverables while incorporating research‑driven customization and iterative feedback.
The ideal candidate brings strong visual design expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, producing clear, innovative, and brand‑aligned materials that support winning new business.

The Role
Design RFP and pitch proposal materials
Support the RFP Project Manager with RFP and pitch process from start to finish
Create the overall theme of the RFP/pitch bringing forward new and innovative ways to demonstrate strategic thinking and designing documents in support of winning competitive engagements
Flawlessly design PowerPoint presentations with guidance from the Project Manager, opportunity lead and other strategic stakeholders.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from Project Manager, opportunity lead and the client team
Receive and provide constructive feedback of your work
Design RFP and pitch presentations that adhere to guidelines and visual identity
Stay updated on design trends and best practices for RFP and proposal presentations
Lead the creation of RFPs and pitches by aligning responses to client needs and industry demands
Perform necessary company and industry research in connection with client/prospect participating in the RFP/pitch to help with visual and design customization.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in formatting and design elements across all RFP and proposal materials through peer review process
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in professional services industry (risk & insurance or human capital preferred), client management, or a related field.
Proven portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and ability to create clear and engaging graphic designs and presentations. (client-ready digital examples preferred)
Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of RFP proposals, content development, and delivery.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), proficiency in numerical analysis, and organizational capabilities.
A passion for creating visually impactful presentations and RFP proposal designs.
Ability to visually represent data and infographics.
Substantial information design and data visualization abilities.
Strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills.
Capacity to multitask and reprioritize effectively in a self-driven environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and desire to take pride and ownership of their work.
Familiarity with highly technical product and industry content and the ability to analyze and convey into effective design ideas/themes.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with ability to learn new software (InDesign, Loopio, PowerBI).
Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000-$120,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
