Across the United Kingdom, North America and the Philippines, WTW’s Early Careers programs continue to be recognized for the experiences they create for students and graduates, highlighting a consistent global focus on helping early talent build meaningful, long-term careers.

These awards reflect strength of the environments where they can develop confidence, contribute early and grow over time to really transform their tomorrow. Behind this recognition is the work of Early Careers teams across regions who bring these programs to life every day.

NA Recognition: Winner of 2026’s Handshake Early Talent Award

WTW has been named a 2026 Handshake Early Talent Award winner, placing us among organizations recognized for creating meaningful opportunities for students and graduates to learn, grow and shape their careers.

The Handshake Early Talent Awards celebrates employers that deliver high-quality early career experiences, where interns and graduates can build their capabilities, make an impact and progress with confidence. This recognition reflects the strength of WTW’s Early Careers approach in NA, where development, meaningful work and ongoing support combine to create strong career foundations.

Our Early Careers NA Recruitment lead, Danielle Fisher, comments:

"This Handshake Early Talent Award reflects the impact of our incredible Early Careers team and the kind of company WTW is: one that invests in early talent, embraces innovation and is focused on shaping the future."

UK Recognition: Ranked #42 in the Top 100 Undergraduate Employers 2026-2027

WTW has been ranked #42 in the Higherin Top 100 Undergraduate Employers 2026–2027, based entirely on student reviews, a reflection of how our programs are experienced by those who take part in them.

This ranking highlights a focus on creating environments where undergraduates can build confidence, take ownership and contribute from day one, reinforcing the value of providing early talent with opportunities to develop, not just observe.

Philippines Recognition: Prosple’s Top 100 Fresh Graduate Employers

In the Philippines, WTW has been recognized for the second consecutive year among Prosple’s Top 100 Employers for Fresh Graduates, based on candidate feedback.

This recognition reflects the experiences created locally, where graduates can build skills, contribute early and begin their careers with clear direction. It also highlights the consistency of WTW’s approach across markets, combining meaningful work, development opportunities and supportive environments for early talent.

Mandy Thorndyke, Director of Early Careers for EMEA and APAC, comments:

“I’m incredibly proud of our team for being recognized in the Higherin Top 100 Undergraduate Employers in the UK and in Prosple’s Top 100 Fresh Graduate Employers in the Philippines. What makes these accolades truly special is that they’re voted for by the students themselves. It’s a powerful reminder that when we stay curious, lead with authenticity and act with boldness, we create early careers experiences that genuinely resonate. We believe in the potential of early careers talent and it’s inspiring to see how they can transform their tomorrow through our programs.”
